These Terms govern your use of smilenowdentalstudio.com (the "website"), operated by Smile Now Dental Studio in Pasadena, California ("we," "us"). Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

These Terms cover use of the website only. They are separate from, and do not replace, clinical informed consent forms, patient financial agreements or any other forms you sign with our office.

Content on this website, including service pages, FAQs and blog articles, provides general information about dental health and our services. It does not replace an individual dental examination, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Please do not delay or disregard professional dental advice because of something you read on the website.

Browsing the website, or sending us an inquiry or appointment request through it, does not by itself establish a dentist-patient relationship with Smile Now Dental Studio or any of our dentists.

The "Book" buttons on this website open an online appointment-request page operated by Weave, our scheduling and patient-communication provider. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Each request is subject to confirmation by our office, and your appointment is scheduled only once our office confirms it with you.

This website, online appointment requests and text messages are not monitored around the clock and should not be used for emergencies.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

For an urgent dental concern, call our office at (626) 752-7888. Information on this website about urgent or emergency visits does not guarantee after-hours or same-day availability.

Whether a treatment is right for you, how long it takes and the results you can expect depend on your individual circumstances and can only be determined after an examination. We do not guarantee the outcome of any treatment.

Before-and-after images on this website show individual patients' cases. Results vary, the same results may not occur for all patients, and these images do not guarantee similar results for you.

When this website describes a consultation as complimentary or free, that description applies only to consultations for clear aligner or Invisalign treatment. No other consultation, including cosmetic, implant, smile-design, smile-makeover or general smile consultations, is described or offered on this website as free or complimentary.

Treatment costs are provided through our treatment-planning process, after an examination and a discussion of your options. Any prices shown on the website may change, so please call our office to confirm current pricing.

Insurance coverage depends on your plan and is subject to verification with your insurer. General statements on this website about insurance, such as amounts some plans may cover, do not promise coverage, approval or a particular out-of-pocket cost.

Third-party financing, such as Cherry, Sunbit or CareCredit, is provided by those companies under their own terms and is subject to their application and approval process. We cannot promise financing approval.

You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own personal, noncommercial use, such as learning about our services or planning a visit.
