I went to Smile Now today. Dr ROHIT BASSON DDS has been my dentist for the past 3 years and he is a thorough, professional and great dentist. Explaining what needs to be done and why. Then explains the routine and procedures so that you understand what he’ll be doing. He makes sure you’re comfortable. His helpers (hygienists) are also very professional and friendly. Making your “stay” comfortable too. I’ve never had one problem with any of his work (unlike my last dentist) and I love my veneers. Great place and Dentist!

I always have a great experience when I go to Smile Dental. I have been a patient of Dr. Basson for three years. My teeth have never looked or felt ever better. Dr. Basson really cares about his patience He is a great doctor. I really like the new location. It has plenty of parking and easy entrance access. I will continue to go to Smile Dental because I always have a good experience and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I gave them a call because my normal dentist couldn’t fit me in. My luck, an appointment just cancelled so they asked if I can come in. I got there and was out in about 45 minutes with the repair of a crown that fell out. The dentist was great, very informative and the staff were helpful. You all just got a new customer thanks again made my weekend.

I was filled with dread being at the dentist. At 74 my teeth are barely hanging on. This was my first appointment. Right away the assistant put me at ease while doing X-rays. Dr. Bassoon explained everything to me as he examined my mouth. He gave me options for treatment and left the decision to me. I felt I was in good hands.

Dr Basson was really nice to my parents. My dad is almost 92 and my mom is 82 years old. He was patient, caring and extremely thorough. Both of my parents were happy with the care they received.

The staff is very kind, patient, attentive and informative. The doctor is also very knowledgeable, friendly and answers all your questions and alternatives. I usually book my visits on weekends and everyone still has a great energy to be there every time I go in. Definitely recommend this office for patients that are nervous or anxious about getting dental care & treatment.

Dr. BASSON is very thorough. He also knows how to maneuver the red tape of insurance, and knows what’s covered. He is friendly and easy going. The office is also friendly, and you get to watch TV while you get your teeth cleaned or drilled. They do everything to put you at ease.

After my retirement a couple years ago, I didn't want to go to my dentist whom I had been taking my family for the past 30 yrs in Huntington Park. I tried another dental place closed to Altadena where I lived to do the teeth cleaning but the dentist assistant was the one who did the cleaning and it was very quick as if you just had someone brushing your teeth. I found Smile Now Dental from the website and WOW, Dr. Basson was NOT ONLY very detail in cleaning my teeth(deep cleaning) but he was also very detail in explaining about how to repair my teeth to be a permanent fixed so I will have no more pain in the future(eg. replaced my continuously cracked bridge with implant etc.). Also, every time I had a little toothache during the deep cleaning, he ALWAYS took his time to analyze where the source of the pain and fixed the issue unlike my previous dentist, he always told me that I am very sensitive. I ALWAYS hated to visit dentist office but NOT anymore, No more pain with my teeth. My sister had an implant from another doctor and the implant moved and infected, the dentist blamed her that it was because she didn't come for cleaning every 6 months and she didn't took care of her implant(it doesn't make sense). Dr. Basson explained her implant issue logically and it was totally the mistake of the other specialist. Dr. Basson has a deep knowledge on his field and very bright so he was always be able to solve any issue with our teeth. His staffs and wife, Chu are not only very friendly but will ALWAYS remind you when it's your time to schedule your teeth cleaning. I could go on and on about Dr. Basson and his staffs but you need to visit this office to experience it your self. The office is VERY VERY clean and you will be glad that you visit this SUPER A++++++++ office. THANK YOU Dr. Basson for your professional service and having your office in Pasadena.

As I have received A+ service at Smile Now Dental in Pasadena. The Dentist Dr. Rohit He is skilled as well as gentle. I have been very happy with all the work I have had done. All the staff has been wonderful and very friendly. Just a great place especially if you don't like going to the dentist, they will put you at ease as they have done for me. Very attentive and knowledgeable dentist. She always showed me the cavities on X-Rays and explained why I needed to do certain treatment. She also recommended using grinding guard which was very helpful! One of her receptionists is very sweet and caring (Hispanic girl). Another one (African American girl with straight hair) was constantly showing off her knowledge in front of the doctor and was mean to me. The doctor is great tho!
